Steps for Handling Refund Requests:

Our goal is to find a satisfactory resolution, whether it be an improvement in the service offered, additional support, or, in exceptional cases, a partial or full refund.
4. Refund Process (If Applicable): If a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be processed within 14 business days after our final communication with you. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
