Your path to peaceful sleep for your child
As parents, we understand how essential sleep is for both you and your child’s well-being. However, getting your little one to develop a consistent, restful sleep pattern can often feel like an elusive goal.
That’s where the Philip Method comes in – a gentle approach based on attachment theory and the moral development of children that has transformed the lives of thousands of families across Europe and is now available in the Middle East.
That’s where the Philip Method comes in – a gentle approach based on attachment theory and the moral development of children that has transformed the lives of thousands of families across Europe and is now available in the Middle East.
Who is the Philip method for?
The Philip Method is designed specifically for parents like you – educated, modern women aged 24-38, balancing the demands of family, career, and personal life.
Whether you’re a working professional navigating a fast-paced lifestyle or a stay-at-home mom with tight schedules, we know how precious your time and energy are.
By understanding your unique challenges, we can offer you a solution tailored to both your child’s needs and your busy life.
What do you need?
Have you found yourself asking:
How do I get my child to sleep through the night without tears?
Is it possible to improve my baby’s sleep quality without stopping breastfeeding?
Can a gentle, no-cry sleep method actually work?
The Philip Method raises these questions because we know you’ve been searching for a solution that respects both your child’s emotional well-being and your own peace of mind.
We believe in involving you every step of the way – because you’re not just looking for a quick fix. You want to feel confident that your child’s sleep journey will lead to lasting, healthy habits. Our method is designed with empathy, care, and science – allowing you to be part of the process, not just an observer.
What does the Philip method offer?
The Philip Method is not just another sleep program. And it isn’t surly sleep training!
We don’t believe in training our children’s brains for something so delicate like sleep topic is.
It’s a comprehensive approach grounded in research, child psychology, and the rhythms of natural child development.
Here’s how we’re different:
1
Modul 1:
we start with the routine
The first step in the Philip Method is aligning your child’s sleep pattern with their natural circadian rhythms. We teach you how to establish wake windows based on age, activity level, and your family’s lifestyle.
2
Modul 2:
breaking negative sleep associations
Is your child dependent on breastfeeding, bouncing, or co-sleeping to fall asleep? We help you gently break these sleep associations by offering tools and strategies that promote self-soothing without tears.
3
Modul 3:
developing self-sleeping skills
The final phase of the Philip Method takes you through step-by-step guidance to help your child develop the skill of self-sleeping. It’s a 12-day journey designed for long-term success, with you by your child’s side.
Why is the Philip Method the best solution?
Because we understand that your child’s sleep issues didn’t happen overnight, and they won’t be solved overnight. Our method is gentle and gradual. We’re here to show you that real, lasting change requires patience, understanding, and the right approach.
Our founder, Tatjana Javorina, is a European -renowned expert in child sleep and parenting techniques. Addressing Your concerns
We know that you might have questions or reservations. After all, trusting a new method can feel like a leap. Here are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions:
1. Does my child need to stop breastfeeding?
No! The Philip Method helps you separate the act of feeding from sleeping. We support parents who choose to continue breastfeeding or bottle-feeding, while breaking the sleep associations tied to it.
2. Can the Philip Method work with more than one child in the home?
Yes, the Philip Method can be applied to children from birth up to age 10. Whether you have one child or several, we tailor the approach to meet your family’s needs.
3. How long does it take to see results?
Every child is different, but many parents report improvements in sleep quality within the first 2-3 days. However, fully developing self-sleeping skills typically takes around 7-12 days.
4. What if we’re moving or traveling?
While it’s best not to start the Philip Method during periods of major change, the foundations you lay will remain with your child long after the initial process is complete.
5. What about growth spurts or developmental leaps?
It’s recommended to wait until your child is past major growth spurts before starting the method. This ensures that your child is in the best physical and emotional state to learn new sleep habits.

Dear Tatjana,
Thank you for the wonderful experience last night. It was full of new insights and some fresh beginnings regarding parenting in our home. I must admit that, even last night after returning home, I applied some praise to our two sons' good behavior while they were playing together. Previously, I would have just commented to my husband how nicely they were playing and not to disturb them. Last night, however, I praised their play, and I must say, they really blossomed after my comment.
Is there a possibility to watch a video of yesterday's seminar? Unfortunately, we didn’t have anyone to watch the kids, so my husband stayed with them last night, but I would love for him to listen in detail, so we can soak in every word. Honestly, I could probably listen to everything from last night three more times.
Thank you so much for everything.

Aww, Tatjana! What is this? So many lessons! Incredible, truly, I have to commend you for all the effort and dedication, and for sharing your knowledge so generously with all of us. I absolutely love absorbing new knowledge, both about parenting and life in general. I can't wait to see where I’ll be in, say, 10 years – how I’ll think, what my child will be like in a decade, what kind of parent and person I’ll be. I don’t know where this wave of inspiration is coming from, but I feel amazing!

Dear Tatjana,
I know you’re on vacation, but I just wanted to share my success with you. For the past two days, I’ve been working with the kids on routines, habits, and so on. Just like you explained in the video, we start at 5 PM with dinner prep, followed by calmer play. We don’t turn on the TV anymore, and so far, they haven’t asked for it. At 7 PM, we start getting ready for bed, go to the room with dimmed lights, read a book, and then I put Damian to sleep. Within a maximum of 10 minutes, Jana falls asleep on her own without any problems. In the morning, she wakes up by herself at 7:15 AM. I don’t know what to say, I’m so happy! The last two evenings have been tension-free. She falls asleep before 8 PM and wakes up truly rested.
So now, after 8 PM, I have two hours for myself or to do some housework. I’ll see how things go in the next few days, but I’ll definitely keep you posted.

Dear Tatjana,
Thanks to your webinar, since the baby was 6 months old, we’ve been falling asleep on our own, and after nighttime feedings, the baby continues to sleep without any issues. Next month, we’re turning one year old, and we’re still in the same rhythm. I even recognized that two naps a day are now enough for her, and we quickly transitioned to that rhythm by dropping the third nap. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, and thank you for being here!
